Join Rory, a seven year old boy with Down Syndrome, as he discovers a cardboard box full of old VHS tapes and a magical retro cassette player that transports him into the world of any tape he watches.
Ret-Ro is a light-hearted comedy series aimed at 7-12 year olds, exploring themes of family, friendship and identity.
Visiting much loved family classics, right through to iconic Hollywood staples, Rory discovers a world of adventure and fun through this blast from the past – literally! He learns more about himself and his place in the world through each episodic journey, leaving his own special footprint on each of the people and places he visits along the way.
